◎Suitable for the production of high-concentration ozone water

In industries such as sewage treatment and semiconductor cleaning that require the production of high-concentration ozone water, traditional processes require repeated mixing and extended contact time to achieve the purpose. As a result, the large-volume ozone generator and large oxidation contact tower increase the cost of the entire treatment equipment, the equipment footprint becomes quite large, and the treatment effect is not ideal. 3.Limitations

The gas-water mixing ratio of the Nikuni gas-liquid mixing pump is 1:9, that is, 10% of the water pump flow is gas and 90% is liquid. Therefore, it is generally only suitable for the production of ozone water using a pure oxygen source. This limits the application of the Nikuni pump in the production of ozone water equipment using a dry air source to some extent.

However, given that the oxygen purity of the dry air oxygen source is about 21%, and the remaining 79% is inevitably converted into residual nitrides, it is not suitable for pure drinking water (pure oxygen sources are generally used to produce ozone water abroad). Furthermore, since the oxygen purity of dry air oxygen source is more than three times lower than that of pure oxygen source, the amount of ozone generator required to produce the same amount of water will increase accordingly, thereby increasing the investment and operation cost of the ozone generator.

4. Application fields of Nikuni gas-liquid mixing pump



Nikuni pumps have won the praise of a large number of ozone users in Japan due to their high-efficiency mixing characteristics, and have already gained an absolute share in the Japanese market. Almost all small and medium-sized ozone tax production equipment uses Nikuni pumps. In recent years, especially in the application field that requires high-concentration ozone water, especially the chip cleaning use in the microelectronics industry requires a concentration of nearly 200ppm, the traditional mixing method cannot correspond to it at all, and it is Nikuni pumps (PTFE coated products) that are the best choice.
